This Privacy Policy explains how QDShort ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the LuckyDramas mobile application (the "App") and the website at luckydramas.xyz (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
You can start watching without creating an account. If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. If account or sign-in features are offered, we collect the identifiers you provide to create and secure that account.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Advertising identifiers — your Google Advertising ID (GAID) and similar identifiers, used to deliver and measure ads.
- Device & technical data — device model, OS version, language, region, screen attributes, network type, and app version.
- Approximate location — a coarse, city/region-level estimate derived from your IP address (no precise GPS).
- Usage data — which dramas and episodes you view, in-app interactions, tasks and rewards completed, session timing, and crash/diagnostic logs.
1.3 Information stored on your device
Your reward balance, watch history, claimed-reward state, and preferences are stored locally on your device so the App works between sessions. This data stays on your device unless required to provide a feature you request.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its short-drama catalog.
- To run the rewards experience (daily check-ins, tasks, reward wheel, treasure boxes, wallet, and withdrawals).
- To display advertising, including selecting, delivering, capping, and measuring ads.
- To analyze usage and improve performance, reliability, and recommendations.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, detecting invalid reward or ad activity).
- To respond to your support requests and comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising and third-party partners
The App is supported by advertising delivered through the TopOn mediation platform, which works with multiple advertising networks. These partners may use your advertising identifier and device data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. Our current advertising partners include:

These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their SDKs. We encourage you to review their policies. You can limit ad personalization at any time using the controls in Section 6.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Advertising & analytics partners — as described in Section 3.
- Service providers — vendors that host, support, or operate the Services on our behalf.
- Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.
6. Your choices and rights
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID — Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads to reset the ID or opt out of personalized ads.
- Clear local data — clear the App's storage in your device settings, or use in-app options where available.
- Access, correction, deletion — depending on your region (GDPR/EEA, UK, or CCPA/California), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International data transfers
We and our partners may process information in countries other than where you live, using appropriate safeguards where required. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
