These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LuckyDramas app and website (the "Services") provided by QDShort ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

3. Content

All dramas, videos, artwork, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Content availability may vary by region and may change or be removed at any time.

4. Subscriptions

• The Services are free to use with advertising. We may also offer optional paid subscriptions (“Premium”) that remove ads and unlock additional features.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are sold and billed through the app store on your device. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your app-store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies.

5. Virtual coins

• The Services may let you collect virtual coins by watching content, completing in-app activities, daily check-ins, and similar features.
• Coins are a virtual in-app item with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for money, and they are not your property.
• We may adjust, withhold, or cancel coins that result from bugs, fraud, automated tools, multiple or fake accounts, invalid ad activity, or any violation of these Terms.
• Coin rates, activities, and in-app uses may change at any time.

6. Advertising

The Services are supported by advertising. By using the Services, you agree to receive ads, including rewarded, interstitial, and other ad formats. Ad-related data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use bots, emulators, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Services or generate coins/ad views.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Do not create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity to obtain coins or subscription benefits.
• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and any unredeemed virtual coins or reward balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, rewards, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
