How do withdrawals work?

Open your Wallet, choose a cash tier and payment method, and submit a request once you reach the minimum threshold. Requests are reviewed within 24 hours, and there may be a limit of one withdrawal per day. See our Terms of Service for details.

Why was my reward or withdrawal not granted?

Rewards may be withheld or reversed when they result from bugs, invalid ad activity, automated tools, or multiple/fake accounts. Use a single account and complete actions normally.

How do I manage ad personalization?

On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data or account?

Clear the app's data from your device settings, or use the in-app options where available. To request deletion of personal data, email support@luckydramas.xyz.
